WINDCHECK POLICY: All lessons and courses are pre-paid upon booking with Skyhigh Kiteboarding Inc. to assure a time slot and the availability of coach, equipment and boat. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, your lesson or course will be rescheduled to the next available time slot. Skyhigh Kiteboarding Inc. strives to get you riding and will do everything possible to reschedule your lesson or course promptly. If a lesson or course is cancelled due to weather, you will be issued a windcheck equivalent to the value of the lesson or course booked, which will be valid for one (1) year from the date of the windchecked lesson or course. The full value of a windcheck may be redeemed for lessons, courses, tours, equipment and/or merchandise purchased from Skyhigh Kiteboarding Inc..
CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales final. Lessons, Courses, and Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled, with a full credit transferable refund which 100% of the value can be used for future lessons or towards purchasing gear. Changes may be made prior of the date of your lesson to next available time slot. If your lesson or course is cancelled by Skyhigh Kiteboarding Inc., you will receive a windcheck equivalent to the value of the lesson or course booked. No windchecks will be issued for no shows.
